Joye began trading in 1997 as Joye Timber Flooring serving smaller clients and homeowners. From those humble beginnings, we upscaled the same outstanding service and value to commercial clients, from which we are seeing repeat business which has enabled us to grow steadily. We are now a powerhouse in today’s large-scale timber flooring and tiling projects, completing larger projects in and outside of Sydney.

Our people come with extensive knowledge and experience and work as a team to ensure adequate stock and timely completion of projects. We now service some of the most respected and well-known Developers and Builders in Australia and are proud to partner with the likes of Richard Crookes, Hutchison Builders, Parkview Constructions, Deicorp, Hansen Yuncken, and others.

Over the past few years, we have also been successful in property development via our director’s development company ‘Special Land Development Pty Ltd’. Since its inception in 2014, and to 2021 SLD has completed 17 projects ranging from single dwellings to 170-unit multi-residential projects a year.

The four teams of Joye Group being Timber, Tiling, Construction, and Property Development work collaboratively in sharing human resources, cash flow, and experience. We find that this structure is strong, diverse, and provides a platform for further growth.
